What is the name of this DOS game?

Its a fairly old game, probably a DOS game, because I remember it on a floppy disk (disk really real when folded) and play this white thing that looks like a hat with legs and travel around the map doing little missions. I think the white thing to play as supposed to be a detective. In any case there little fuzzy these enemies are scattered around the rooms and just randomly bounce and if you play, then converted one of them, bouncing out of control of your character to reach some kind of remedy in some rooms to be converted back. I think the enemy is referred to as "Friends Fuzz, "but I could be wrong. I also want to say that the bottom of the rooms was orange. Any help is greatly appreciated. EDIT: If someone can give me name I would appreciate much more than a list that will help me because they do not know the name to collect it.
