What is the best carrier / box for air with my Doxie?

I travel with my DOXIE from NJ to Florida by JetBlue. I need help finding the best companion dog this trip. She has to stay at the company headquarters and flight duration. If anyone knows or have experience with this, please help me get the best airline for my doxie is comfortable and calm. THANKS!

Sherpa ago a company very pleasant soft-sided, in fact was designed by a flight attendant! Can be a bit expensive. I would try to find a local store and not only the purchase of a line, due to the unique shape of a dachsie! I say this because the first one I got for my dachshund was very high, but not enough! We had a bit of skin from the nose after the initial trial installation! We ended up getting half "original" sherpa bag dachsie 14 #. Make sure the company knows in advance that both are coming as there are limits to the number of animals allowed in the cabin per flight. Arrive at the airport, even earlier than if flying alone. You probably have to remove it and take it through the metal detector, while the company goes through the machine X-rays have a wrist strap. My dogs wear a harness instead of a collar when we travel - safer. They have also been "wand" at times, so do not be surprised if that happens either! I make an additional copy of health records, one goes in the outside pocket of the bag and one backpack or purse.
