U.S. border crossing Canadian travel documents?

Hello. 'm Visiting Vancouver with travel documents and they go for Korea. I will cross the border Seattle, WA. When I enter Canada from the U.S., are the inspectors to scan the travel document on your computer system to record keeping purpose? In other words, what kind of records of maintenance will be done if someone in the U.S. Canadian border crossing?
