What I have everything put in my first kit when I travel to India? I go for a month

Normal first aid things: band aids, gauze, some kind of antiseptic (iodine, Neosporin, or whatever you prefer). I wish to pursue a wide range of full length of OTC analgesics prefer, and any other over the counter medications you take with relative frequency (cold medicines, or anything else). Post you will be in a foreign country, probably eating some weird food, you might also want to bring an antidiarrheal in some way, and something along the lines Pepto Bismol. Depending on exactly where you go, you also might want to talk to your doctor for a prescription of antibiotics. In countries development is not always easy to get antibiotics, especially if you are going to be in a fairly remote area. Only if you are going to be in a place where you are prone to have trouble getting antibiotics if you get sick. Another thing to consider is that you probably will not drink the water to where you are staying. Depending on exactly where you go, bottled water may or may not always be availabe, so you might want to go to an outdoor type store and get iodine tablets (tablets and neutralizer and otherwise, pretty bad taste.) But again it depends on where you are staying, and if you want to pay for bottled water while you're there.
