CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!?

I have recently developed a fear of flying in planes. I neva had it up until recently and i dont no why ive become so nervous.. . . i cant do nythin- i cant go asleep cos im scared, i cant listen to my ipod cos i then keep thinkin the engines are shuttin down! Please help me i love going abroad and im afraid its going to ruin my next holiday also the job i want involoves lots of travelling. I also live in Ireland so i can only travel by plane (cant use boat to lik america).
