Chicco Side by Side Twin Stroller or Graco?

I'm going to buy a stroller for my sister who is having twins. I personally use the Chicco travel system, comes with a stroller, car seat etc. ... but she is having twins and told me he wants an umbrella stroller since her husband is military and travel a lot, in addition to your car Nissan Versa is a small trunk ... double umbrella stroller so it is! Now I like the Chicco stroller, which can be used from 0-24 months with the seat reclined, Graco but does the same .... I have never used Graco, but it looks good too. I have two girls and I use the duo Gracco stroller tandem paragliding! I much prefer the tandem against the side of the other! much easier to manage and going through something! i love my Gracco ... have no idea if carseats are interchangeable between brands if!
