Breast side up or down the breast? Thanksgiving turkey questions.?

Hello! I did a very good job on my Turkey last year. I make a great meal on this occasion, so I need help. I'm reading a lot of conflicting advice, so here it is ... I have 9 people come and have ordered a bird in the range of 14-18 pounds so there are plenty of leftovers. Is believed that this bird must have a large amount of breast meat. How much long should I cook? Breast side up or down? Temperature? Brine? In stock? Broth? Thanks! I really appreciate your advice!

If you are interested how it will look ... breast side up. If you want a super moist turkey that does not require a lot of your time basting and put in aluminum foil and paper to take off. If you worry about having some time and want to enjoy a turkey that tastes good: breast side down.
