turkey cook time 325

When should my turkey is finished?

13 pounds I put a turkey in the oven at 12:00 this afternoon. We had to stop going to my grandfather's house at the time, so we have decided that already experienced turkey in the oven until the end always come back. From 12:00 to 4:00 is cooking at a temperature of 175 degrees and when I arrived home at about 4:15 I increase the temperature to 325. So the basic question is .... when I eat?
