Turkey recipes for smaller conventional oven?

I am looking for a recipe that involves very good smoked turkey or smoked turkey flavor to you can do in a smaller furnace. I just have this oven, so that makes it difficult to cook in I'm looking for a tender, juicy turkey. I can do in a bag, but who need a very good recipe, which is not spicy. Any suggestions you can give would be great. Only serious replies.Thanks all chefs out there!

To the smoking part, look at your grocery store liquid smoke - that will give the flavor of smoke without having to spend hours to do so. You can also see a place that sells supplies for grilling a box of cast iron (to buy wood chips, soak them in water, then put them in the box and give it a smoky flavor). You will get most tender turkey with a bag so that the liquid smoke may be a better option.
