Q THANKSGIVING ...?

ok .. this is my first Thanksgiving dinner in the very im cooking. I can "clean" my bird today preparation for cooking morning? addition, I've seen plenty of photos and recipes where cooking the stuffing in a separate dish .. so I'm thinking, .. What should I do to put the stuffing in the bird? and now I'm thinking that .. what have slightly crisp top layer? I like to say that .. also, can cook a turkey without stuffing? thanks!

You can certainly clean and prepare your bird a day earlier. Just be sure to thoroughly cover with plastic wrap in the refrigerator. The choice is yours or not to cook the stuffing in the bird.
