turkey feathers for sale

Anybody know where to get instructions to make a feather boa?
Lots and lots of chicken feathers - I know ostrich feather boas are generally or in Turkey, but want to use these pens for something. I have done some basic searches on the web without any result. Have found references in the sales of equipment, but no actual instructions or examples. Not sure what category to put this in - the beauty and the style may have been a better choice ... but it seemed more along the lines of stitching.
This is the most important information we found: "To make a feather boa, feathers are the first stripped of their main stems. They are then sorted by size and braid sewn to strengthen the self-boa. There are many different types of pens can be used in making feather boas. These include ostrich feathers, Ruff Turkey (feathers under the tail of the turkey), marabou (feathers from the hip of Turkey), chandelle (back feathers of the turkey), Coke (tail feathers of a crow for Turkey), swan, and peacock feathers. Turkey Ruff, swan, peacock feathers are large, soft and strong, which means feather boas from these feathers are often too hot to wear at home at room temperature.
