What is better an electric or gas fryer turkey?

Safety is a concern, but I also want to know if the electric fryer Turkey maintains that makes gas fryer. Pros and Cons of both please!

I have never used or even heard of an electric fryer Turkey, but I can say that my gas fryer is a hell of a good bird. They are dangerous though. Definitely, only to be used outside - not in the garage. And always put out the fire little by little as you soak in birds. When the oil begins to roll in turn ease the flame again. Check out Alton Brown episode of "Good Eats. It goes a little overboard with its demonstration of safety, but is informative and entertaining.
