I am a great cook, but the joke in my house has always been, can not make meatloaf or stuffing!

My mother had a stroke and never wrote recipes below. I'm writing a cookbook for my children, all my recipes! It's just something small for Christmas would be so fun to include two things to laugh every time I've done. Tried tomato sauce, onion soup peppers raw and cooked onion. Number of eggs to the meat so the meat? without eggs? milk crumb fresh bread? dry crumbs / no salt? Parmasian cheese / MI cheddar stuffing is soaked, dried apples tried sausage stuffed eggs, which is better cubes, crumbles Brands, filling flavors? Mine is horrible! You get the picture! LOL! If I order now I'll be able to prove. I am eternally grateful to the winners and all of you. It will be the perfect ending to: Mom's Cookbook memories. Thanks, guys are on TV and I am in NJ CA! instead of using raw eggs in meatloaf, try using boiled egg has a very fine puree. gives a really different flavor and everyone loves my meatloaf! also when placed in vegetables, minced very fine too. ie onions, black olives, mushrooms, peppers. I use a pound of extra lean round and add extra each / 3 pounds ground pork 1. Turkey: after rinsing with cold water, pat dry turkey i my, inside and out. i let it sit for twenty-thirty minutes after patting dry. just to make sure it is dry. my filling: dry bread cubes, onions, spices, and then put in a can of mushroom soup, [only the soup, do not add milk as you would if you take the soup for lunch], and white wine. mix it up, if you feel a little dry add a little more wine. his material in poultry, the assemblage of the top of bird with strips of bacon and when he I baste baste with ginger ale and water mixed half and half! I also make my roasted with ginger ale / Water mixture. again, everyone enjoys the turkey and stuffing - stuffing is never saturated, the bird is always moist and the sauce is always great. [Probably the wine and ginger ale - lol good luck] with it ................ and I know what you mean.
