"Big Time" beef and barley soup

Ingredients:

250g Lean Mince low-fat meat

3 tablespoons tomato paste

3 large celery stalks

1 large bay leaf

6 large tomatoes

1 clove garlic

500 g of carrots

125 g of barley

A handful of fresh parsley

A large dash pepper

1 teaspoon thyme

How to cook:

Chop the vegetables. Brown off the beef into a large bowl. Add the tomatoes, bay leaf, tomato paste, thyme, pepper and 4 cups of water.

Bring the whole thing to a boil, cover and simmer for one hour.

After that, add the celery and carrots (cut of course) Then, finally add the barley.

Back to cover all and let it simmer for an hour. This time you stir regularly. Then it's time to remove the road bay leaf and stir in the parsley before serving.

"Totally Turbo Driven 'turkey soup

Ingredients:

250g Deli Turkey (high-grade, skin and fat)

500 g fresh asparagus

1 cup barley

2 large potatoes

1 Large Onion

3 cups low-fat milk

2 tablespoons sunflower Spread

1 tablespoon whole wheat flour

½ tsp Black pepper

100 g cheddar cheese, lower fat

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

How to cook:

Chop the turkey into small pieces. Grate the cheddar cheese then cut the onion and peel the potatoes. Chop then add so far everything together in a large pot. Add the sunflower spread the mustard Barley flour milk and asparagus. Then stir to boil vigorously. Finally, turn to let it boil simmer for 30 minutes before serving.

'Mad Max Muscle strengthening Soup Curried Tuna

Ingredients:

1 can of tuna

3 tablespoons whole wheat flour

2 tablespoons barley

Min ½ Fat Sour Cream

3 cups chicken broth

½ teaspoon minced lemon peel

1 Square Big Apple

1 large onion

large knob low-fat margarine

¼ cup brown rice

2 teaspoons curry powder

How to cook:

Apple Core. Chop up then add the onion and (also chopped) and curry powder in a large skillet and cook until the onion is soft.

Add the chicken stock and bring everything to a boil. Then it's time to stir in barley and rice. Cover everything and everything simmer for 15-20 minutes. Drain tuna, then add whole wheat flour, sour cream and tuna to the pan. Finally, add the lemon zest and stir everything together until fully mixed. Replace cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes before serving.
