a problem with the certificate of authorization for the visit to Taiwan / visa waiver?

I am a holder of a passport from Indonesia, and have a visa valid United States. I was told my travel agent who will not have to apply for a regular visa. However, you have to go to this address, https: / / / Nas.immigration.gov.tw nasa / and do the registration for the approval certificate. On 3 June, I signed up online all the data. However, I realized that only valid for 30 days, until July 3. The problem is that they arrived in Taipei on July 4, U.S.. So, obviously, on July 3, is impossible for me to re-register and print the required certificate, because I will be on the flight to Taipei. I plan to stay in Taipei for 2 nights only. I've called the embassy Taiwan in Indonesia, but did not seem to understand the problem, and the lady pushed me to make a call to the immigration office in Taiwan. Any ideas?
